Little Skin Shop will happily accept a return for any product provided it has not been opened, any seals are still in place and there has been no sign of damage. Little Skin Shop is not able to process a refund or exchange for any items which have been opened or used.You must send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the product if you wish to return it. The product itself must be returned within 14 days of you receiving it. Items delivered to you in a box must be returned in a box, undamaged, to remain entitled to a full refund. Damaged items will be partially refunded, or in extreme circumstances not refunded at all. No refund is available for any shipping cost paid when you placed your order.
