Until recently, Dr. Adam was a Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, NY. After graduating Phi Beta Kappa from Hamilton College and studying as a Woodrow Wilson Foundation Fellow at Yale University, he graduated from the State University of NY-Upstate Medical Center in 1979, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Following Pediatric Residency training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in NYC, he was a Fellow in General & Behavioral Pediatrics and then Joined the faculty at Einstein. His clinical work at Jacobi Medical Center has focused on children with complex chronic illnesses, especially pediatric AIDS. As an educator, Dr. Adam directed the Pediatric Reside, Training Program at Montefiore Medical Center, has received the Lewis Fraad Teaching Award, and been elected to the Leo Davidoff Teaching Society. Dr. Adam is the editor of the In-Brief Section of Pediatrics in Review, and he is an editor of the American Academy of Pediatrics' textbook and website.

Ms. Ahne received her M.A.P.D in school psychology from Farleigh Dickinson University and her SAC certification and BA. from Montclair State University. Ms. Ahne was inducted into Psi Chi, The International Honor Society in Psychology. Currently, she is a school psychologist for the Jersey City Board of Education in New Jersey. She works closely with teachers, families, and students to provide behavior modification and instructional strategies and techniques in anger and crisis management She provides counseling, administers assessment and creates individualized education plans. Previously, Ms. Ahne has worked as a special education teacher providing Instruction for students with special needs and as a group therapy co-leader at West Bergen Mental Healthcare Center for Children and Youth in the AD/HD and Aspergers Related Services department.
